Contact Information Update:
- Email and Phone Number: Update your contact information with a new login and reset password.
Login Information:
- Existing Accounts: Do not create a new Bites account if you already have one. Points and vouchers cannot be synced or transferred between accounts. Contact support for assistance if needed.
Device Compatibility:
- Supported Devices: The Bites app currently supports Android devices with Build 8 and above. Unfortunately, it does not support Huawei devices at this time.
- Internet Connection: An internet connection is required when logging in to the Bites app.

Q: I logged in to Bites Card using Facebook or Google previously. What do I need to do now?
Step 1: Select the login option for Facebook or Google.
Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your Facebook or Google account and click ‘NEXT’.
Step 3: You will receive a ‘Bites by The Food Purveyor - Reset Password’ email. Click the link and reset your password.
Step 4: Re-launch the Bites app and log in using your email address and new password. All points and e-vouchers will remain unaffected.
Q: I logged in to Bites Card using Apple ID previously. What do I need to do now?
Step 1: Select the login option ‘Others’ for Apple ID.
Step 2: Click ‘Contact Us’ and provide your email address associated with Apple ID and your mobile number.
Step 3: You will receive a ‘Bites by The Food Purveyor - Reset Password’ email. Click the link and reset your password.
Step 4: Re-launch the Bites app and log in using your email address and new password. All points and e-vouchers will remain unaffected.
Q: I see ‘Error Code: 500’. What do I do now?
Step 1: ‘Error Code: 500’ indicates an incorrect email address or an email not used to register your Bites membership.
Step 2: Check the spelling and try another email.
Step 3: If you cannot recall the email address used, contact support at contactus@thefoodpurveyor.com and provide your mobile number.
Step 4: You will receive a ‘Bites by The Food Purveyor - Reset Password’ email. Click the link and reset your password.
Step 5: Re-launch the Bites app and log in using your email address and new password. All points and e-vouchers will remain unaffected.
Q: I logged in to Bites Card using an email address previously. What do I do now?
Step 1: After updating the Bites app, log in again with your password.
Step 2: If you forgot the password, click ‘Forgot Password’. If you see ‘Error Code: 500’, refer to the steps in Q3.
Step 3: You will receive a ‘Bites by The Food Purveyor - Reset Password’ email. Click the link and reset your password.
Step 4: Re-launch the Bites app and log in using your email address and new password. All points and e-vouchers will remain unaffected.
