In the 1980s, a notorious hospital in northern Morocco became infamous for its doctors' heinous acts, including illegal surgeries, torture, and the sale of body parts. When these atrocities were uncovered, the government shut the hospital down for good in 1995.

Eight years later, Richard Farroukh, a paranormal expert, received government permission to explore the abandoned facility and document its eerie atmosphere. However, upon his arrival, he discovered that the hospital was far from deserted, filled with ghostly echoes of former patients.

As Richard delved deeper, he encountered a figure resembling a doctor, who turned hostile. In a desperate attempt to escape, Richard found himself captured and locked away in the operating room.

Now, Richard's mission has shifted from exploration to survival. Will he manage to escape the clutches of the deranged doctor?
