I'm still having this issue and it's been around a month since I contracted you. I still have this issue and no response from sending the screenshot. I love the game but it keep freezing up on me so I'm out in the cold when wanting to play for ?? length of time. No one has helped me. I sent a locked screenshot of a coin receipt and if you touch the screen it goes away. I have 3finger touch screen shot so I wouldn't have gotten that pic if my game was working correctly!!!
