New mode – Soul Evolution now available!

2 random Students and 1 random Prefect will be chosen as Soul Holders at the start of the game. Souls that emerge during the game will be announced to all players. Souls won't always be available right when the game starts, but after players reach the required task progress, Soul Evolution will be triggered and their powers will be unleashed.

Made balance changes for Prefect seal cooldown, among others.
