Some of the best customer support I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Truly fantastic. I've lost items on accident before (some of which were super expensive and rare such as cards, 4th skills, etc... simply due to me being a newbie who didn't know any better) and they helped me retrieve them no problem.
