Thirteen men and women are imprisoned in a Western-style hotel on a secluded island in the game. Without realizing why, the player finds themselves in a fatal game.

As they make their way across an unfamiliar world, trust becomes increasingly valuable. A dashing man who knows the player shows up in the middle of the conflict and offers to defend him. They must work together to survive the unavoidable island while learning the truth about the terrifying game and their enigmatic relationship.
