Begin with a simple crank turbine and manually generate power. Progress to hiring workers to spin the cranks for you and eventually upgrade to better turbine technology.

Use the power you generate to build houses and expand your city. More houses mean more customers and increased revenue. Unlock commercial and industrial buildings with unique bonuses. Upgrade houses with new technologies as you advance.
