◈ Overview ◈
Pythagorea offers a variety of geometric puzzles that don't require complex tools or calculations. Everything is drawn on a grid made of squares. Many levels can be solved using your intuition or by noticing patterns, regularity, and symmetry.
◈ Just Play ◈
No need for fancy tools. You can draw straight lines and segments, and place points where lines intersect. It seems simple, but it offers endless interesting problems and surprises.
◈ All Definitions at Your Fingertips ◈
Forget a definition? You can quickly find it in the app's glossary. Just tap the Info ("i") button to find the meaning of any term used in a problem.

◈ Why Pythagorea? ◈
Pythagoras of Samos, a Greek philosopher and mathematician from the 6th century BC, is famous for the Pythagorean Theorem. It states that in a right-angled triangle, the area of the square on the hypotenuse equals the sum of the areas of the squares of the other two sides. In Pythagorea, you encounter many right angles and often rely on this theorem to compare lengths and distances. That's why the game is named after Pythagoras.
