Shadowverse is a digital collectible card game created and released by Cygames, available for free. It is an incredible multiplayer card game that has captured the hearts of over 1 million players worldwide.

The game features an anime art style, with some illustrations borrowed from Cygames' previous title, Rage of Bahamut. One of the unique mechanics in Shadowverse is the "Evolve" system, where players can enhance their cards by using evolution points.

In Shadowverse, two players take turns playing cards from their decks, each represented by a Leader with 20 defense and a starting hand of three cards. The player going first starts with two evolution points, while the player going second starts with three evolution points and draws an extra card on their first turn. The goal is to either reduce the opponent's defense to zero or achieve victory through specific cards like Enstatued Seraph or a Victory Card by playing Spartacus. Players use Play Points to play cards, starting with zero orbs and gaining one at the start of each turn, up to a maximum of 10. Play Point orbs are replenished at the beginning of each player's turn.
